Building capacity for long-term impact

My research taught me that many entrepreneurs don't lack impact,
but lack the language to communicate it.

Through workshops and training programs, I help people uncover the stories already embedded within their work and use them to create visibility, connection, and lasting impact.

Digital Storytelling for Creative Entrepreneurs

Collaboration with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and the Cultural and Creative Industries Innovation Fund (CIIF).

Storytelling has the power to help people see the value of their work and communicate it with confidence.

As part of a regional initiative supported by the Creative and Cultural Industries Innovation Fund (CIIF), I facilitated a series of digital storytelling workshops for 60+ creative entrepreneurs across the Caribbean. Together, we explored how storytelling can help shape identity, connect with audiences, and strengthen businesses in meaningful ways.

More than a technical skill, the workshops invited participants to reflect on their own stories, their purpose, and the impact they hope to create through their work.

Digital Storytelling in the Cocoa Supply Chain

Collaboration with the Original Trinitario Cocoa Education Foundation (OTC).

This workshop emerged from the same question that shaped my academic research: how can storytelling support sustainable entrepreneurship?

Working with cocoa farmers, processors, researchers, and sector stakeholders in Trinidad and Tobago, we explored how storytelling can help communicate value, preserve knowledge, and strengthen connections across the cocoa sector.

The sessions combined practical tools with reflection and dialogue, encouraging participants to see storytelling not simply as promotion, but as a way of sharing identity, building visibility, and shaping the future of the industry they care deeply about.
